Outside of my studies in strategic management, where I studied the cognitive aspects of entrepreneurship, I realized how my martial arts experience helped me to be productive, manage conflicts with people, have confidence in myself and withstand stress. As a former amateur boxing champion in the Netherlands, I want to combine physical and mental coaching of people to make them more productive and fit in their daily and professional lives.
Through my own boxing fights and experiences, I pay attention to the technique and psychology of boxing. In my training, I use boxing techniques to help you become more resistant to stress and stronger and make the connection with the mental aspects. We simulate combat scenarios to learn how to handle pressure.
